Lyd Low’s work delves into the macabre and sensual through visual art and songs. They are inspired by folklore, mythology, as well as the fantastic drag & burlesque performers of Lawrence, KS.
Their songs has been featured on the airwaves in Singapore and in the US on independent TX and KS stations. Their projects have been nominated in the Forth Worth Weekly Music Awards and the Denton Arts and Music Awards.
In the wake of the lockdown, they rediscovered their creative spark through a return to illustration. Since then they have been locked in an unending struggle between their visual and musical muses.
Currently they’re working on a new Single which will be released in late Fall 2024.
